I don't really have a recipe to go along with this. I'd like to say it's because the recipe is a closely guarded family secret passed down once every 25 years along with this pasta roller. Really, it's just because I didn't jot it down. I'll just give you some general bits of information, along with some pictures using our new macro lens. (Maybe I should have called this post "showing off new toys")
Without further ado, the least informative recipe yet...
Pasta Dough
flour
eggs
salt
water
Ravioli Filling
ricotta cheese
parmesan cheese
mozzerella cheese
spinach
garlic
salt, pepper, etc...
1. Make the pasta dough.
3. Mix the filling.
This was a fun meal to cook. Not just because of the pasta roller passed down to me, but also because it was cooking for my family in the kitchen where I first learned to cook.

Awww!
I enjoyed watching you cook as much as I enjoyed the wonderful meal. You can come home and cook in my kitchen anytime!
Love, Mom
This looks fantastic! You make it look so easy - easier than I thought ravioli could be. Looking forward to hearing more about your new kitchen toys.
Did you save any leftovers?
It would go well with the sausage rolls your Grampa made yesterday...

Oh, your cousin DragonBen helped with those sausage rolls... he loves to cook too!
Oooh! Fresh pasta!
Better not let your Uncle Bill find out you have a cooking blog. He might try to get you involved in his Chitarra project.
Would it be anything like this? http://fxcuisine.com/default.asp?language=2&Display=16&resolution=high
That's the basic idea. I'm thinking a hard maple frame inlaid with genuine Arlaukas Walnut and brass hardware.
Sorry, make that Arlauckas Walnut.
And Uncle Bill is making a whole bunch of these, right????? So that we can all field test them???
In the DIY spirit if the blog, I was thinking more along the lines of a kit.
We wouldn't want Matt's downstairs tools to become jealous of his upstairs tools now would we?
